I don't know much about bike dampers yet, but I know a fair amount about race car dampers and this fork looks very sweet! Adjustable travel/rebound/compression/rate? nice!

So, looking at the price, is this on the Koni Yellow level of bike dampers? Or are we talking something more serious?

Fox's are generally a bit pricey.

Wow. Only half a pound heavier than an F100? I don't think I've ever seen a DJ fork that's not a tank. Wonder why they're going with the 15QR instead of the 20mm through-axle though. Weight savings? Push to make 15QR the new standard and make 20mm obsolete? Not that the 15QR won't be plenty stiff for most people, but wouldn't the target market already have 20mm hubs on their front wheels?

It's 15QR

Yeah, I saw that. I was just wondering why, since I feel like the target market is probably running 20mm now and would have to swap hubs.

I wonder if 20mm TA is really necessary. Has anybody here gotten a QR15 and really compared it to a similar model 20mm TA to see if the 20mm TA has been overkill all along? Maybe QR15 is not such hype after all...??
