Riding to work earlier this week caught a rut, bike went down and left, I went up and right then down. Some bumps and bruises, dented helmut and sore back. Arrived home and explained why I looked the way I did and my lovely spouse responded with "is the bike OK?" Spoken like a true cyclist spouse.

My Road ID dog tag has all the usual numbers and info. The last line on the tag is, "Is my bike OK?"

Last year after a crash, my first question was, "Is the bike OK?", second question, "Is my helmet cracked?". The answer was yes to both.

My road ID tag has all the usual phone #'s and contacts, MY last line on it is "Save my bike".
Had to throw my 2 cents in as well.

Yes, bike is Ok, thanks. Don't need another helmut, I'll just use another newer one in the garage. Funny, I don't remember hitting my head, just the thought that the landing was probably going to hurt, it did.
