Anyone have any suggestions for a good route from the Rising Star of New England to the Birthplace of the Revolution? Furthermore, anyone want to join me for said route sometime soon?

I know a pretty good route from southern R.I up to Boston. Send a P.M. if you like, maybe I can put it on a map. It's not too complicated, and I have cycled it many times.

I didn't consider how I'd get back. I assume I'd either ride back the same way or, more likely, get a ride back later with either my friend or my girlfriend.
I'll check out Rubels, but I'm also waiting to check out the RI route mentioned above.

I have the Rubels bike map for Mass. It's great. Also if you go to BIKE RI there is a link to the R.I. bicycle map with all the roads rated as to how bike friendly they are, bike shops, etc. I'll try and put my route on that map later today.

I wasn't overwhelmed with Rubels to be honest. I'm familiar with some of the roads that they've coded as unsafe and they're not bad.
For instance, 106 from Mansfield center to Easton is a breeze to bike on, yet they have it marked as unsafe.
