Hello, new to the site. Have done some beginning research on what type of bike I found at a junktique place. It is light blue, stepthrough design, has Minerva on the stem, has LUDO on two places on the frame. It has a Weinmann 700c 20x622 rear wheel/Bontrager tire(that could be a replacement). On rear hub it has 3 GANG. It has a front and rear light with intact wiring and that is connected to a canister type attachment on the seat tube that is stamped SKS Germany. I did find E5GE stamped on it as well. It was difficult to see in the light I was inspecting it in. A decal on the front has ITALMANUBBI and LUDO on it. Any ideas or help would greatly be appreciated!

seems like a German "city bike" 3-speed (Ludo brand?) with some ITM handlebars and Esge fenders...a few pics would help immensely.

Thanks so much! I will try to get some pics up today. Just curious if it is worth trying to restore.
