Well, not mine yet but I'm thinking of buying it for a Rustoration project...
But what is it - worth the effort? Thanks

Good one! Funny.

Yellow racing stripe on fender. Serial# on head tube (as opposed to stays, etc) - approx date? Someone told me that location dates it generally.

Is this bike so bad the effort to Brand it is too much?

Crimped dropouts - not a good quality frame. Not a Schwinn.

I'm guessing Huffy. I had one, but my memory is fuzzy as far as the seat stays extending up to the down tube.

if you already had a "stingray" (sorry that is what we called them when I was little) as a 'parts bin' get it but you'll have alot of good money tied up in that with an unknown frame quality

WOW, not bad!! It could be but the seller said Paul, ID. Pretty good that you can guess the area from the grass, or whatever. Is that your motorcycle?

The yard you mention is great yet I've never gone there looking for bicycles since I've never got a good deal there before for car parts. Do they have any bikes, unless that's your find evwxxx?

I would buy it for 5$ if the frame is salvagable and paint it throw some wheels on it and banana seat and ape bars then sell it for more! lol well thats if you had a bin of parts or in my case a bulging shed of parts.

I have no parts. And a Huffy doesn't do it for me (sorry Huffy fans). Its going to stay in the weeds for another winter.

Thanks everyone.

Never saw any bikes there, just old volvo parts!
