I'm looking at the idea of up-grading the front brakes to a disk brake system. I'm looking for information as to what stem, front fork, cable disk brake, disk and hub I would need. I know that this is not going to be cheep, but I'm trying to stay with in a $300 budget. I get most of my parts from Universal Cycles here in Portland Oregon. They are just a parts house and do not offer information much. This is just an idea to improve over the Dia-Compe 981 brakes that came with the bike.
