I looked, but there is very little info on these, and no one else sell them.
Does any one know where to find more info, or what price range should I be looking at.

Up into the middle late 70's they were a 531 builder only. Don't know if they used Columbus later when "everyone" wanted it. Don't be fooled by the fork blades as even Reynolds gave in and did Continental Oval in the late late 70's or 80's, was not following it much at that time.
Harry Quinns got a good reputation in the 70's due to a number of guys placing well on them. I had one, the workmanship under the paint was not stellar, but a bit of bondo and the painter buried it all. They were straight, many were the short wheelbase type of RACE bike.
A friend bought one to build up for old times sake, no nibbles at $300 for frame and fork, and it was in almost NOS shape.

Is $150 for the frameset a good deal than?

Good deal if it fits and you have ready access to the parts needed to complete it. If you don't have the parts in hand, you are probably better off buying a complete bike instead.

If I put full Shimano 105, with downtube shifters, mavic wheels, seat, cables, etc. For how much would I be able to sell this bike.

That is a losing effort in my opinion. That does not seem like a flip price, not to mention the cost of building the bike.
On top of that, a frame built with misc parts don't seem to bring in crazy money. 105 is good stuff, but it's probably not going to bring a big return. Then you have to worry about things fitting the frame...i.e. frame spacing, seat post diameter, brake reach, nutted or recessed, do your 105 levers need the shimano style boss...etc etc.

I say build it and ride. Building it to sell isn't probably going to be a good deal. But you've got classic construction, nice Prugnat lugs it looks clean. Should be a fun bike.
