Unfortunately, there are not a wealth of Canadians on here - - who would be much more well-versed in a Canadian brand. I would venture that a goodly number of folks here have never even seen a Devinci in person.

To the OP: You might have better luck on the PinkBike forums. Hate to steer you away, but . . . .

I always search for what I need or want to know, but sometimes I find it easier and more informative to ask people who know, this is why I join forums. I want to know computer things, so I joined a couple of computer forums. I own a Ford Taurus and I want to know some stuff about it, so I joined a Taurus forum.

As the members of this forum are very well informed and experienced with bikes (of all types), I find this is the best forum for the majority of my bicycle questions, so I ask here.

As far as Devinci being a Montreal based company, I know this, but I was wondering about the mix of parts and the fork as well.

Thanks,
Ian

You might be able to get more depending on how used the parts are. I think it would be a crap shoot though. You might be the only person looking at buying it now.

I think you should ask for pictures and find out how long the upgrades have been on the bike and what kind of use they have seen.
