Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Brands of Jerseys for Clydes

I'm 6'3, 280 and looking for some new jerseys. I have some Velowear 3xl, and Performance Bicycle 2xl and they fit fine. The velowear feel great, but they are near see through. The peformance bicycle fit good, but are a bit scratchy because of the lower quality.

I'd like to get something more comfortable for long rides - 4-6 hours, need to be cool and short sleeve.

I like the Pearl Izumi Jerseys, but their XXL is sized at 47-49 for chest and 42-45 waist. An inch or two, too small and they don't seem to make a XXXL.

I'd love to get a Louis Garneau Jersey, but their XXXL stops at 48 chest, 42 waist.

I don't care about graphics, logos, etc.. I actually like Dri-fit shirts from Champion, Nike, etc. the best, but really miss the back pockets for the long rides.

Any ideas?

I have had really good luck with the Sugoi jerseys.
PrimalWear tends to run a little small (as jerseys go).
Kucharik has some nice Clyde and Uber clyde friendly jerseys, but I have heard that they can be a little abrasive to deal with.

I've never had a problem with the Performance jerseys. I've been wearing them for 4 years and haven't noticed any quality issues or itchiness...

Love2pedal.com sells jerseys up to 5XL. The Falconi brand has a 'generous cut' version which is loose fitting.

All good... try Mt. Borah (mtborah.com). They have a good plus line.

We used Voler jerseys for our company team this year, and the 3x club-fit was a little bit loose on me (47 chest, 40 waist).

I have the Performance XXL solid color jerseys, but I like the designs from Love2pedal. I order the XXXL size from them. I always ask the seller to measure across the chest from armpit to armpit to make sure I get at least 24 inches. Since I wear bibs I am not too concerned about it running a little snug, but not tight under the armpits.

It fits me just like it fits the goofy bastard in the blue jersey on that page. Couldn't be happier with the sizing.

I'm not that stoked with aerotech's jerseys, the ones we have just don't fit quite right and zippers are poorly sewn in. I wear Performance and Mt Borah. The wife wears Mt Borah plus sizes along with Team Estrogen and Terry.

Note, I currently ride aerotech's bibs exclusively.

I used to have that issue with most jerseys when i commuted in the summer. I ended up taking a second jersey then when it became available used the office gym's laundry service ($15/month they'd throw your gear into the wash and dry it on low so it's ready at the end of the day)
