Kettler's US headquarters is located here, and they're now
selling the Kettler Pulse Ion in our local Craigslist (http://norfolk.craigslist.org/bik/1318531912.html): $175

Does anyone know about these bikes? Who makes them for
Kettler, any good, etc. There was the recent thread about
under $300 bikes, and this appears one way to get an over $300
bike for under $300 -- but only if it's a decent bike.
