i bought a GT Avalanche 3.0 (http://www.gtbicycles.com/gbr/eng/Products/Mountain/All-Mountain/#2650) about a year and a half ago and I've all but killed the forks on it. I'm looking for some new forks for around £200 GBP(300 USD) as I only spend £230 on the bike.
I mainly use the bike on paths and roads so need some way of adjusting the suspension or locking it out entirely so I can move easier on them at speed.
Other than that any suggestions I've been looking at the following.
Rockshox Dart 3 Poploc Fork (http://www.evanscycles.com/products/rockshox/dart-3-poploc-fork-ec001717)
Marzocchi 22 LO Fork (http://www.evanscycles.com/products/marzocchi/22-lo-fork-ec018512)
