well after starting my diet about a month ago, I officially broke the 200lb barrier today, now I didn't have a ton of weight to lose like alot of guys, but it still took some dedication on my part on eating healthy, and eating 6 times a day... I'm still a clyde by height though! (1.96m/6'4.5")
Ignore the BF% deal...it can't be very accurate, but it has gone down from 17.5% to the current 13%.

Thanks Tom!
I have about 9 more pounds to be at my perfect target weight IMO, then I'm going to start packing on the muscle and cut back down to 190 again...should be lean and STRONG at 190ish.
