Like anyone even remembers me! I used to post on here a bit but have been away being bad. In November of 2007 I got a brand new Surly LHT and have since ridden it about 5 times! I have gone from 202 lbs back up to 250. I haven't made it all the way back to 280 (thank goodness) but I'm afraid I'll be there soon if I don't get my butt in gear! I was able to ride 40 miles with no problem but now am lucky to get in 5. It's really tough to get myself out there because I want to ride like I used to but it hurts so I just don't ride at all. I know what I need to do but I'm having a really hard time doing it.
Thanks for listening.

Go Joe Go - I do know the feeling. Lately my fitness workout - I have been slacking - but even getting back in for 30 minutes is a great thing. Giving up - and not doing anything is the real issue. Just hop back on and go ride for an hour.
Maybe I do miss you? I know I am missing someone I have never met-!
