Like anyone even remembers me! I used to post on here a bit but have been away being bad. In November of 2007 I got a brand new Surly LHT and have since ridden it about 5 times! I have gone from 202 lbs back up to 250. I haven't made it all the way back to 280 (thank goodness) but I'm afraid I'll be there soon if I don't get my butt in gear! I was able to ride 40 miles with no problem but now am lucky to get in 5. It's really tough to get myself out there because I want to ride like I used to but it hurts so I just don't ride at all. I know what I need to do but I'm having a really hard time doing it.
Thanks for listening.
Joe, you can do it. You've allready done it once. Lot's of us are doing to. Join in and ride. To answer your question. No, I don't miss you. Never heard of you. If you leave us again, now that we are aquainted, I may miss you a little bit... lol

Go Joe Go - I do know the feeling. Lately my fitness workout - I have been slacking - but even getting back in for 30 minutes is a great thing. Giving up - and not doing anything is the real issue. Just hop back on and go ride for an hour.
Maybe I do miss you? I know I am missing someone I have never met-!
