Since I was unable to achieve 20 mph for 1+ hour, I bumped my goal to 30 kph, pushed as hard as I could and finally maintained it for an hour and 20 min. Although there was only 600 - 700 ft elevation gain I am still basking in the glow of my accomplishment.

So how does that compute in MPH? It's got to be pretty close to 20. Sounds pretty good to me. Congratulations!

Nice job, keep trying and it wont be long before you are in the "20 mile club".:D I predict some speed intervals are in your future.;)

Congrats.

Looks like you were having a "senior moment" when you posted this. MPH and KPH in the same sentence? :twitchy:
