owner's asking 140..and its actually got some decent equipment on it; diacomp 500 brakes,cinnelli bars and stem, exage rear deraileur, suntour montech, sugino at crank set...
any thoughts?

Hell yeah if the frame/fork are in decent shape. Looks to be a 81-83 (No later than 83) maybe an 82 412?
Serial number? What color is the panel?

no ideas, the seller isnt getting back to me. ah the woe. After my ol bridgestone got cocked up, i havent been able to find something to make me happy yet :(

+1, I was thinking and 82 412 also. I'd go for it if it's a keeper.
Not unusual for sellers to not get back to you. Don't give up yet' I had a guy get back to me a week later!!! And I bought it. Sometimes the bike is sold, sometimes its not.
