The rear door looks for all the world like the access to a water heater or furnace. Which would suggest that it really is a serious camper.

But what purpose does a rick-shaw camper serve?

Its photoedited. That little door is a standard propane door, its sizes to fit a 20lb tank so thats one way you can tell the picture was edited, its been shrunk. Also the bed area is too small, it would need two more folding platforms going back to the rear of the camper covering the door and window to be long enough sleep then there no way to climb in the bed.

I think enine is right. Look at the shadow from the building. It's only about 3 ft wide, but the shadow of the trailer is too big if the sun is high in the sky.

well, the shadow of the camper doesn't look to be out of proportion to the shadow of the bike and rider. It doesn't really look like it's way off of the shadow of the building, either.

but I still think you're both right. I suspect it's a fake. If not, it's the most un-practical arrangement I've ever seen.

Look at the size of the guy compared to the camper... the camper is at least 3x as wide as the guy, so all he'd need is two thirds of the width for a bed platform, which would leave enough room for him to climb on the bed. And that door looks about as wide as one third of the width of the camper, so I think it works.

There really is a camper trailer made for bicyclists. It is called a nomad, it is made by a guy in Canada.
It is not a hard shell like the one in in the pic above.

Looks real to me, but that doesn't mean it's actually useful as a camper. The artist refers to it as a "functional sculpture." It seems that that means it can at least be ridden, but whether it can be slept in is another issue. Maybe if you could sleep standing up...
