Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - silver/chrome 1" threadless fork suggestions

any thing for less than $150? bent the fork on my kilo tt pro. i already checked bike island and they have the tt forks but only in black and green. if i'm gonna pay for a new fork i either want the cream to match my pro or a silver/chrome. thanks.

thanks, yeah after some searching that is looking like my best option so far. i found it on universal cycles for $118. anyone got anything else? also how long of a steerer do i need for a 55cm kilo tt pro and does anyone know the rake on the stock fork?

Steerer is extra long. You (or lbs can) cut it to the size you want it to be for your head tube size, spacers, and stem.

is the off set the rake?

Rake and offset are parts of the equation for where the front wheel sits. Seems they get crossed over in use and measure the same basic thing. In my experience rake is an angular measure in degrees and offset is measured in distance such as the millimeter measurement seen in bike forks.

EDIT: Scratch this - I just re-read Hawley USA's description - apparently, it is threaded; was listed as threadless in an earlier catalog. Goof-up on their part.

yes, that will work fine.

of course, a true "track" fork often comes without a hole for a brake.
