Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Since these are a special order from Novatec (due to the 130 O.L.D.) I need to place a LARGE order for both front and rear. If I think we can get part way I will move forward. If not, this deal will sleep with the fishes.

is the 130mm OLD achieved with 2x 5mm spacers? or is it spaced to 130mm with no spacers?
is it fixed/fixed or fixed/freewheel?

This hub comes without cogs or freewheels so you can thread on whatever you like.
The 130 OLD is achieved by adding 2 - 5mm steel spacers.
I would be in for a 28h rear, I would prefer to purchase one of your lightweight 28h front hubs with it but if for some reason could only get the above may get a front too.
But like I said before no money this month.
I'd like to know what the deal is with the threads too. I believe what he's asking is do both sides have reverse lockring threads intended for fixed or is one side just for a freewheel? Personally I don't like the idea of putting a freewheel on a meant-for-fixed side even though I know people say it's no big deal.
well, I'd be interested in a 2~3 24h or 28h then :)

Sorry for the delayed response. I've been training for an upcoming event and hadn't checked in.
The hub is double threaded on both sides. BOTH sides can accept either a fixed cog or a SS freewheel.
If you are interested in getting on the list please PM me or email me (sales@bdopcycling.com) so I can get your actual name and contact info so when the deal is ready to go through I can send payment requests.
I will also set up the group buy on my site in the next day or two for those so inclined.

A few more interested parties would do it.
I've pretty much decided to stock these as a regular item anyway but I want to nail down the most effective spec before I do.
If a few more people jump in we're good to go.

This buy is obviously going nowhere.
I'm closing it for now and putting it on the back burner.

I will look at this again in a month or so. If it gets new life I will revive this thread.
