There are three pics of it there. Is this bike worth getting?

It's my size (58cm). How hard would it be to put a cheap track wheelset on this bike?

Looks like a bent frame and fork, as usual.

+1 Fork looks badly bent. I would check for top tube and down tube damage as well.

Panasonic made good bikes and Shimano 600 are nice derailers. Steel wheels detract a bit, though. $95 is a fair price for that bike, IF THE FORK ISN'T BENT, which it may be.
