cage-no. but if you have aerobars, there are about fifty kinds of aerobar mounted bottles, such as the profile aerodrink.

I have the Profile Design Aerodrink. Some issues w/ splashing out the top (there's a thread on this).....I hear other aerobar drink systems are better w/ that.

I don't know much but if you are just looking for the hands free option this may work. not sure how great it works but it looks like it would fit on a road bike. http://www.invisciddesign.com/home.htm
