Everytime i change by bike tube, my tube ends up slipping somehow and unaligning itself with the tire within a few weeks or less.

It unaligns and the nipple starts getting ripped out of the tube from being angulated, slowly starts deflating.

What do i need to look out for to fix this, or do i need to replace on my rims or my rim tape, should the rim tape be a freely moving piece of rubber?

Are you sure the tube is the correct size for the rim?

I think this is caused by underinflation of the tire. The low pressure doesnt push the wall of the tire against the rim hard enough, so the driving force on the tire makes it creep around the rim and it drags the tube with it. Talcum powder will make the tire slide over the tube so reduce this effect. If this doesnt work perhaps some gum between the rim and tire might fix it.
