Does anyone know of a way to get an order # after you make the order? I printed out a copy of the order confirmation sheet but I can't seem to find it :o

they should have automatically e-mail you a copy of your order to the email address u provided.

Yeah, that was the other wierd thing. I never got the email. And every time I checked the order last week it never showed up. I guess i'll need to call them sometime today because my CC's been charged for it.

Your CC company should be able to get you a reference number- probably the order #

I just placed an order with them and had the exact same problem. No confirmation e-mail. I'm sloppy about printing confirmation pages, because I'm so used to getting the e-mails. I usually try to make sure I get the e-mail before I leave the confirmation page (and I would print it only if I don't get the e-mail), but I didn't this time.
Perhaps this is a new website problem? It's kind of annoying that you can't simply get a list of orders by logging on to your account like you can with so many other sites.
I'm not going to worry about mine unless I don't get the order in a couple of days (I too see my CC was charged for the order). But I imagine you'd probably have to contact Customer Service to get the order number.

some web developer made a mistake. i wrote 3 emails - no reply. see below (copied from the web site while trying to check out) today it is $400.
