Winter Cycling - Sugoi winter bib tights - anyone have experience with them?

I'm keeping my eye out for winter bibs at the moment, since I figure the hottest part of the year would be the best time to get them cheap. Anyway, I've narrowed the field somewhat to Sugoi (RS Zero or Firewall 220, sans chamois), and the Rapha winter tights since they are exceptionally clearanced right now.

A very simple question: Does anyone have experience with the various Sugoi winter bibs? I'm thinking that a tight made with their Firewall 320 material might actually be too warm for New York City winters (also probably staying inside when the temperatures start to creep south of 30 degrees/-1 celsius for you Canadians, due to sinus issues). How about Firewall 220? My legs don't get particularly cold, but I do like to keep my knees and happy parts warm.

I have their Windblock Bib Tight (http://www.sugoi.com/usa/eng/Products/Bike/Men/Details/1397-49303UNC-Windblock-Bib-Tight-%28NC%29). They're good to about freezing. I know you're asking about other models, but at least it gives you an idea. BTW, I spray the windblock stuff with Camp-Dry and then they're water-resistant too.

I have these bib tights from Endura (http://www.endurasport.com/Product.aspx?dept_id=131&prod_id=173) for below freezing. For me, they're good to the single-digits before I have to add a baselayer.

On both, the size runs a touch small, especially in the calves and quads area. Medium would fit my waist, but I couldn't get them up over my quads.

I can't tell you about the bibs. But the Firewall material models are good for pretty cold conditions. I don't know if mine are the 300 or the 200 series. Alone they are good for me down to 35-40 F. When combined with another light insulating tight underneath they are good to 0 F. My understanding is that they are not as warm as the Performance Triflex models. But they are more useful because they can be worn alone or with another cheaper tight underneath to cover a broader range of temperature conditions.
