No fenders, no deal. Those tubulars are $300/pair, but look at the clearances on that frame! It should be fitted with some fat tubs.

That eBay track bike has a Wastyn sticker on it. Emil Wastyn and his son Oscar built all the Schwinn Paramounts between 1938 and the early fifties in their Chicago bike shop.
