Looking to move my cantilever bosses for a 27 -> 700C conversion, anyone know of any reputable frame builder / brazers in the Chicago or at least Illinois area?

Could travel, but don't want to much over 100 miles one way.

Don't know if he does ad hoc repairs, but his work is superb (might be a wait too, but worth e-mailing, eh?). He's in Waterford, WI, which as a point of reference is about 45 minutes from Lake Forest.

Holy, beautiful. Might be out of the price range, but definitely will be sending an email. I was figuring I would end up somewhere around Waterford for this task.

Thank you!

I know that Courtney Custom Cycles in the western 'burnbs (Geneva) does all sorts of stuff with old steel frames. Looks like the web page might be down, but I'd get in touch with him.
