yeah it is in Denver,
dude put a triple on it and that is cool...
looks to be in pretty good shape...
can i get a ballpark on it?
All 620s have a third cog in front. Its a touring bike. $400 plus, depending on condition: excellent is higher, mediocre is lower. Pristine ones are going for $500 or more right now.
Suggest you visit the vintage Trek site as this bike was only made for three years, to verify how much of it is original, and how much is dude. If it has been modified, no longer has original parts, repainted, etc., value will be lower.

I didn't know they were all triples...
are they the frame that had too long of chainstays?
this guy wants $275... it looks all original...
Assuming the bike is nice and has no defects, some flipper is probably over there right now offering the guy $230, and loading the bike in the back of their van. It should be on ebay next week.

I ran an add on CL asking for 64-66cm bikes...
I haven't seen it on Denver CL and I live on there....
looks to be in pretty good shape... looking at it for a friend of mine who wants in the club...
we are going to have to move however... sounds like it is worth more than he is asking...
we arent looking as it that way looking to get him on a good bike...
Private sale is great, that cuts out the competition. You then have time to do some quick research. Seller probably doesn't realize how much vintage steel touring bikes have gone up recently.

If you're surprised it has a triple chainring, you're probably looking for something a bit more sporty? This is a touring bike - as in long distance riding with heavy loads at steady paces. It's not a race machine. It's great for touring (obviously), commuting (think fenders, racks and fat tires), country rambles on not so great road surfaces. It will give a very stable, supple ride, especially with wide tires, but it's no rocket and you'll lose a bit of speed, especially at that frame size.
