Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I like the looks of a well ridden weathered bike. My favorites I have seen on the street are an old Argos,Coppi and Raleigh.

There is something about a bicycle that has an original owner patina developed on it. A well used bike is most pretty to me. Lets see some photos of your complete patina bikes and your broken in leather seats.

OK, the paint is new and patina-free, but the saddle is a 1972 Brooks Pro with about 50k mi / 80k km on it.

We have a pair of green Raleigh Sports (1st pic), my wife's is a '73 (2nd & 3rd pic), mine is a '74 (4th & 5th pic), both with Brooks B-72 saddles.
Both are original with the exception of the tires, tubes and hand grips.
