This is on the local CL. I have had a Kilo and Bare Knuckle but have been looking for a nice steel lugged frame. The guy says it was raced in Kerin and has the usual small ding in the top tube.
I can look at and ride it tomorrow but I don't have a 110mm hub on my wheel and he has sold his wheels already. I don't know how to solve that yet. Maybe borrow a wheel from someone.

He wants $650 for the frame and seat post. Any opinions if this is a decent price would be appreciated.

panasonic racer njs 56 sugino nitto - $900

selling frameset, with cranks sugino 75, hatta swan headset, rx-1 pedals, sugino mighty seatpost, turbo saddle, nitto stem, nitto riser bars with oury grips.. just needs wheels.. sold wheels already.

Seems like a much better deal if you bought the bike complete for 900. You could probably pick up a 110 spaced wheelset on eBay with some patience.

you can also replace an axel.

Price seems a bit on the high side to me.

you can also replace an axel.

I don't think you can do that with a standard 120mm track hub, because it is too wide and there are no axle spacers that can be removed. A 110mm track hub is narrower. Spreading the dropouts a full 10mm is too much, especially for a track frame with short chainstays. I think the OP needs to factor in the cost of a special rear wheel that only fits this frame.
