ive just repacked my hub and cleaned out the freehub using the method of flushing it out with a solvent. ive re installed and repacked everything and threw the wheel back onto my bike. when coasting the pawls clicking sound is there but as it turns at a certain point the clicking is quieter than at any other point. im assuming that some grease got into the freehub assembley. or what else could it be? if grease did get into it, is it a bad thing?
