A little...

Go out for a walk if you can, or do a workout routine if you have one, to stave off the blues. You need something to get the endorfins working. :)

All you need to get your wheels is a late night trip to the LBS and one large rock.

Not sure where you live, so it is hard to say where to go. Go for a long walk and stop at a park and see what is going on. If you live in a big city, go on-line and find out what is going on. Walk to where the stuff is and take a small lunch with you in a back pack. Go to the nearest ball field and watch soccer, softball, baseball, football, etc... and then walk back.

Go searching the local pawn shops for another bicycle that would fit you that you could ride. Ask them if you could work there enough to pay for the bike.

Watch a good DVD, and do pushups every time you hear music and when it stops take a break and at the next music being played, do crunches or leg lifts. While you are doing your breaks during the movie do some stretching of your entire body.

Think outside the box.

LOL, just make sure your wheels are not the only thing you get. That will kind of narrow the suspects down very quickly.

OP, I know what you mean. Well not about the wheels and all but there was an entire week that I could not ride because of the weather here. It would be pretty clear the entire day while I was at work. I would come home and suit up, check the tire pressure and get all ready to go, then BAM the freggin bottom would fall out of the sky. I got a little irritated at that point. But once I was able to ride again it was all good.

Maybe it's a good time to get a beater bike from Craigslist, if you can scrape together $40 or $50. As Foghorn would say:

"...for just such an emergency."

:thumb:That's a pretty decent beater, too; maybe too good to even call a beater. Way to go!
