Idk, I have a 58 cm cruiser type steel frame with track dropouts w/ fork + bbb headset that I'd be considering to trade for something of yours. Granted I only paid 40$ for fork and like 30$ for fork and like 20$ for headset so its not super pricey. Its made by eastman of india I think, a vintage frame.

Pictures of the Arione? I have 38cm Rb-021s wrapped in some nice Specialized "leather" perforated tape. I also have a 100mm 31.8 Deda Quattro stem (not sure of degree but it doesn't have much drop).
