I will be going there for labor day for a week in a few weeks and will be bring my road bike and my mountain bike. Is there any good mountain trails in the area?

Pine Log State Forest has some decent, for Florida, off road trails. Best place at the beach to ride IMO is along Highway 30A in Walton County just to the west of Pananma City. http://www.pccycling.org/
