The only thing I've seen is Velonews.com. I hate watching on a computer. Any television for this event? As far as cycling news/magazines, is Velonews the best or am I missing something? Thx.

Universal Sports is on free over-the-air broadcast TV in many cities (channel 11-3 in San Francisco).

Universal Sports is channel 115 on Comcast cable. They have become one of my favorite channels. Lots of triathlon and cycling coverage.

Not here. Comcast here doesn't carry it.

that's a bummer. universal was a godsend for the giro and now the vuelta.
looks like they're coming hard at versus and others for cycling (and other
"olympic sports"). got 'em here in san diego so will be watching the vuelta
in real time for the first time in years.

Not on Time Warner. TW sucks, no NFL Network either where I live.

No Comcast.

The People's Republic of Upstate NY, the black hole of life, is where I live.

The northwoods of Wisconsin, in Rhinelander, where it's like 100 below every winter night, get's Universal Sports. But Milwaukee or Madison? Where people live? Nah. :(

Is universal sports on dish at all? I have tried finding it on the guide and their website to no avail. It is however available on the local channels here I think.

Charter cable carries Universal. I don't think it on either Direct or Dish.

I am in Norway right now, where it is broadcast live on Eurosport. To deal with the little problem of not speaking Norwegian, I tune into Universal Sports online, so the images I get from my TV, and the English commentary comes from the computer. :)
