Wanted to get some suggestions on interval runs and cycle workouts. Right now, for a run interval workout, I'm doing 1.5 mile warmup, 6 x (800 hard, 400 easy, 1 min rest), then 1.5 cool down.

For my cycle interval workout, I am doing 10 mile warmup, 6 x (6 min hard, 2 min easy), 10 mile cool down.

Just looking to switch it up a bit, and get some variety in my interval training. Please share some of you interval workouts.

Oh, I should mention that these 2 workouts are the peak workouts I did for the Boulder Half IM on 8/9....I have 2 more Olympics this year, so since I'm already at this level of conditioning, I'm continuing w/ these workouts. Still plan on 1 week recovery after the next Olympic on Labor Day, and 1 week taper prior to both. When I'm not recovering or tapering, I'm doing interval runs, rides, and swims. Just need some ideas on the runs and rides.
