do like they do in alabama - do without.
if you absolutely have to have them figure out what diameter and thread they are and order from mcmaster carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/#socket-cap-screws/=3cgdf3)

I have a set that came off of a 1978 Peugeot, ones a bit bent, but I think they'll fit your Motobecane! :thumb:

Bingo!
as a home depot employee I feel the need to say try a true value instead they usually have a much better nuts and bolts department than Home Depot....that said it will work to find the thread size but McMaster Carr is still a better place to get nuts and bolts

Most dropout adjusters are 3mm x 0.5mm
i got mine at lowes.
Most places have 3mmx0.5mm
But where can i get the shiny end cap with the grooves ...
I look all over as i need these in order to finish my resto as it makes it authentic.
The screws and spring can be had all over and cheaply, but that end cap is another story i'm afraid.
Anybody
