PLEASE DON'T START EARLY!

- the racers roll out first, and when a tight, fast pack of antsy racers goes blowing past you and your friends, it gets dangerous.
- the HHH race director has posted that the "DPS will be doing their best to "detain" tourist riders that start earlier than their designated start time"

Thanks. Have fun!

Surviving the start line is half the fun.

They don't allow bents in the road race since John Schlitter smoked the course a while back. I always end up overtaking some of the racers anyway, but doubtful this year with the mass start.

they should have a 'bent class. I think that'd be cool.

I've always started ahead of the start...after the racers, and the tandems went by...we stayed at the La Quinta and it was on the route so we and a lot of others just waited and started from there....this year we're at the HoJo's and I think we may go for the mass start...could be interesting!!
