Hey All,
Just wanted to bring attention to an upcoming MS Ride. We all have a passion for cycling and there are so many ways we can put that enthusiasm to good use. For those who have participated in charity rides...Keep it Up; for those who haven't yet experienced cycling for a higher cause I highly recommend it. We a little effort and some serious spinning amazing things can be accomplished.
For me this will be the first time, in over twenty years, that I will be riding a lengthy 75 miles AFTER a century. Training has begun, advice is always appreciated and for those with extra time on your hands, check out my training blog... I am sure laughs, mishaps, and on the road drama will be plenty.
