Next Wednesday will be our last group ride of the season. There will be 3 group levels riding... The A, B and C. Planned mileage will be around 28 to 30 depending on available light. Be ready to ride by 6:10pm from the Lakewood shop. We are planning a food and beer meet at a local Irish pub (Sullivan's) after the ride. They have really good food and a huge selection of beer. They have even been known to whip up an Australian dish or two :)
After next week the emphasis moves to Cross.

Gary,
The cross course in my back yard and accompanying wood lot is nearing completion. The course will have wooden barriers, mud, dips, a hill, hairpin turns, pine forest riding, grass riding, technical riding, inside and outside bank riding (failure could result in a swim) and even a concrete stretch to build up some speed. Sorry no fire pits this year, however there is a poison ivy patch for the more adventuresome. Once completed, tested and tweaked for maximized pain I'll post some dates for riders to come out and play. We can have beers and hot dogs afterwards. My wife says that I'm always out riding and never home so this can only help.:innocent:

She says we need more "together time". Now that she's retired from teaching kids in LaGrange one would think that she would have helped me rake up the debris in the woods.:D

You missed a really good ride. Around 50 peeps showed up and rode and after the ride we fired up the grill at the shop and had burgers and dog's and drank some cold beer......Awesome evening.
