i have look clip-ins, and since i put my bike back together aftr transporting it to germany, my feet arent sticking in the pedals, instead moving from side to side, so that when im biking my feet clip out really easily. is this a problem with my cleats, or my pedals? my pedals are basic looks f arc. what do i need to tighten? are my cleats worn down? any suggestions would be very welcome. R
Sounds like the float adjustments got turned around. Which Looks are they? Do they have the adjustment on the back with a dial to set the float? If so, click them the other way to tighten them up.

no they have no dial, nor any discernible means of tightening them 0 i think they're pretty basic model 0 two years old. like a basic version of the p206s i think theyre called. no dial though. stuck!

Take your shoes to a LBS and compare the rear edge of your cleats to that of a new pair. I'm guessing that you need new cleats.

I always keep a set of Kool Kovers in my back pocket. Cleats wear out fast enough as it is. The $10 for the kovers is cheap insurance.
