Hi,
Maine is having the wettest, coldest, summer I can remember. I can remember back to when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Last time I went for a long ride in the rain, after an hour my X-country ski gloves soaked through. The palm is leather and that's where the water came in. I am tempted by those Castelli gloves on sale, but even on sale, they're about $40 after shipping. I was wondering what everybody was using for gloves? Thanks...

When I was commuting to school at Oregon State I just wore a pair of poly pro gloves under my regular biking gloves. They dry out quickly and stay pretty warm even when wet. The best part is they are cheap.
