Hello all:
I've been riding my new Swift folder for two weeks and love it. The wheels are 1.5" and came with Schwalb Marathons. It's now time to do the electric conversion. I'm leaning toward the kit from Worldwide electric; their wheel is 2.125". I'd prefer to swap the Marathon tires, but don't think a 1.5" tire will fit on a 2.125" wheel. Will it? Are the wheels provided with conversion kits from other outfits also wider than 1.5"? If I go with such a kit, should I just accept the fact that the wheels will be different widths? Or, do you have other suggestions?
I'd sure appreciate hearing your thoughts on this.
Thanks!
Richard
