I assume you're an experienced TIG welder and understand the need to employ special precautions because these materials (titanium and titanium alloys) are very reactive to contamination from atmosphere gases, and that one of the most effective ways to prevent contamiation is to perform the welding in a sealed environment that is purged of atmospheric gasses and filled with an inert gas like argon.

A varient of Scooper's plan is to purge inside the tubes with the shield gas you use to make the external welds. You can get gear to split you purge line, or extra bottles as standard equipment.

does the tube set come precut and mitered? how will you cut it and drill holes for bottle cages and the like?

Building a bike frame is not like assembling a model kit, the builder needs to machine the tubes to size and fit.
