I haven't been on a road bike in years. I'm back in the saddle for a month now thanks to my darling wife.
She surprised me with a new road bike as motivation for me to get better. About 3 months ago I walked around and tripped all the time, like someone who was severely intoxicated, from repeated seizures.
My longest ride so far has been 42 miles but I'm shooting for a century or close to it by the end of the year.
