I'm at uni, in London, Kensington, but home is either Bristol or West Lancs depending on when you ask me.

Definately a road bike (an ancient raleigh) for London, but tend to stick to my early 90's style mountain bike (ie no suspension) for everywhere else when I can, don't like dragging the road bike up hills/along non-surfaced cycle paths (although I have done it in the past)

I was wondering if any of the BF members from the UK could tell me if Pearson Cycles ships to the US. I really like their new Pearson Touche' fixed cycle.

Just moved to Grove Park, SE London right next to Bromley, Kent. I ride to work (Mayfair, Central London) everyday. Usually do 70 mile rides once a month. Need information on good hills to ride within the M25 area.... And anyone who wants to come along would be welcome.

For MTBing in Brum you just need to go a few miles to the North and you'll find Cannock Chase, 8miles of offical single track, much more unofficial and a downhill area.

If you want more info PM or email me.

quiet country lanes. I live in Oxfordshire currently, but also cycle in Devon and in the North West.

Hello I live in London for 8 years now, although I am Spanish I think of myself as a Londoner. I live in Camden and I love it. I use my bicycle for any trip to the shops, seeing friends or commuting, I don't know what I will do without my bike. She is not the top range of bikes, I actually found her. Someone must have left her forgotten in the beer garden of the pub I was working for. The bike was left there without any means of security locks for 2 months before I decided to adopt her. Now, after 5 years, I sometimes think I should get a new bike but I am not sure I can!
Anyway! I need help from other cyclists. I am studying with the Open University a course called Innovation and I need to know what you think about safety riding on busy city roads. I will be posting questionnaires and research but in the mean time I would appreciate any comments on the subject.
Thank you all!!!!!

Well it can be pretty scary but i enjoy it, exactly for this reason, sorta like an extreme sport. When you post your stuff, PM me and I will be glad to help, I have a lot of views on the subject.
