White does great work...but there must be good wheelbuilders in NYC, and there's something to be said for establishing yourself as a customer with somebody local.

$35 is a good price to build wheels, to bad he's using inferior Wheelsmith spokes.

Read his site, Jim - he explains why. And I don't find Wheelsmith spokes to be inferior.

I read it....I'm not joining his pitty party. whenver someone asks what spokes are good you always hear DT first, Sapin 2nd and good 'ole Wheelsmith last.
