I don't know about that, he looks pretty fresh to me.

The blood which has come out his mouth is still red; if Mr. Moo had been dead for quite some time it would be black. There isn't any discoloration, visible maggot activity, the eyes are intact, there is some minor bloating but when you look at the legs you'll notice that they are not pointing straight out.
