Mavic did the CXP33's in red but not entirely sure they still do...I realize that's not much help, just know they used to as recently as a couple of years ago...if they don't currently offer them then perhaps you can find old stock or used ones in red.

Just got the latest Nashbar catalog and showed the red Mavic wheelset on sale. Forgot the price though...

I've seen CXP 22's in red, usually laced to 105's or 2200's, at Nashbars site.
