Hi all -
By way of introduction I want to let you know that I've recently bought a bike here in Tampa (3 year old Trek 7100) and will be riding primarily for the excercise..........just diagnosed with plantar fasciitis on my right foot and need to use different muscles in my foot.
I'm 63 years old and a third-generation Tampan. I live in and ride primarily in south Tampa and take advantage of the beautiful view that Bayshore Blvd affords.
