I grew up in Manhattan during the 70s and 80s, and my family relied on Angelo's Bicycle Service, a shop on Columbus (or was it Amsterdam?) between 82nd and 83rd. Bought my first road bike there, too.
If you have any memories of this place -- and especially any photos -- I'd love to hear 'em/see 'em. Any pointers to sites where I can get info/pics would also be much appreciated.
