I've had great luck just calling them during normal business hours. I tried a couple times last week, only to get an answering machine around 4:45pm, but I think it was because they were low on staff due to Interbike. Other than that, someone has always picked up.

Ahh, maybe. But I know they've been on the site since I left them a PM so I'm going to keep holding it against them. :)
